The source should
never be a mystery.

Molindra Medicines is building a global directory of country-specific medicine information, with catalogues for France, India, the United States, Canada, Spain and Italy.

Where the first records come from

The French catalogue uses downloadable product, composition and presentation records from the Base de données publique des médicaments. Original French names and terms are preserved. Each record shows when its source files were retrieved.

Additional national sources

India includes the official PMBI Jan Aushadhi basket and separately labeled owner-attested source catalogues, not a full Indian commercial brand catalogue. Other factual catalogues use FDA NDC listings (United States), Health Canada DPD, AEMPS CIMA (Spain) and AIFA package records (Italy). Pages retain national source identifiers and snapshot dates. A directory listing does not establish regulatory approval, availability or clinical review.

Additional-source publication requires an operator-approved source snapshot and records that pass the implemented identity checks. A new import invalidates the old snapshot approval. Quarantined research rows remain private. Owner-confirmed reuse rights do not establish clinical accuracy.

What review means here

Imported records are private until publication checks pass. The current French batch uses automated reconciliation against checksum-verified source files, with records carrying warnings or blockers held back. “Directory source checks passed” describes factual source checks; it does not mean a clinical monograph has been medically reviewed. Source changes send affected records back for review.

What this preview does not include

Individual dosing advice, interactions, treatment recommendations and interchangeable alternatives are not yet available. Do not change or stop a medicine based on a directory listing. Ask a pharmacist or clinician about your own treatment.

A growing directory

Coverage is incomplete. An absent search result does not establish that a medicine is unapproved, unavailable or unsafe. A listed product's status does not establish current stock.
